We are an intimate, boutique Bed & Breakfast offering first class accommodations in the home of a 19th century sea captain.
We designed The Arrival to be the culmination of all the things we love, and we hope you will too. Experience history while staying in one of our suites, where lives have ebbed and flowed for 150 years. Get back to nature exploring Bell’s Neck Conservation Land, right outside our front steps. Paddle the Herring River, bike to the beach, or spend a few hours relaxing in our garden. Wake up to a homemade breakfast made with fruits and veggies we grow ourselves.

our rooms
We have three suites available in our historic sea captain’s house, all meticulously restored to preserve their unique details. Every suite has been modernized with contemporary conveniences like air conditioning and brand new private bathrooms. We are an adults only establishment, but if you’re traveling with children you can book our carriage house, Fleetwing, which sits at the rear of our property.
Stretch out in a king size bed with views overlooking the gardens and patio. With west-facing windows, this room is perfect for sleeping in. Sleeps two adults.
This ground floor suite was designed with mobility in mind. Enjoy step-free access and a spacious bathroom with spa-like feel. Sleeps two adults.
Sprawl out in our sunniest space. East facing windows guarantee energizing morning light. Sleeps two adults.
Our converted carriage house sits at the rear of our property and oozes historical charm. Perfect for families and small groups. Sleeps six.

We are located in West Harwich, less than a mile from the beach, perfectly situated to experience all that Cape Cod has to offer. With fifteen unique towns to explore, there’s something for everyone!

Vacations are always better when your pup can come along! We’re dog (and cat!) people, so we are excited to invite you to bring your fuzzy family member. Right now we have one pet friendly room that can accommodate up to two four-legged guests.
