Breakfast is our favorite meal of the day! You can expect self-serve options made with produce picked from our own garden and ingredients sourced from local vendors from all over the Cape. We love global cuisine. Chelsea enjoys serving Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes inspired by her Greek Cypriot heritage and time spent living abroad. Jason was raised vegan by his mother but his Jewish family made sure that he had his share of lox and latkes.

Our continental offerings change daily based on what’s in season and available, but we will always do our best to accommodate any allergies or food restrictions. We are happy to meet your needs, from plant-based to dairy-free and everything in between.

With early summer sunrises, it can feel like there’s no reason not to get up and take advantage of the long days. For those guests who have places to go, we have a coffee station available from 7am, and we set up a self-serve continental breakfast starting at 8am.

On Saturdays and Sundays, we offer enhanced continental options, including stratas, galettes, and more, depending on what's in our garden.

For our guests who take their relaxation seriously, don’t worry about hitting that snooze button. Breakfast runs until 10am. So for the night owls among us who still love their coffee - just a little later - we’ve got you covered!


Due to the small size of our business, breakfast is prepared in a kitchen that is not inspected by our local Board of Health. That said, we strive to adhere to the highest levels of service and hygiene. In addition, we have both SafeServ and Allergen Awareness Certifications.
