  • Yes! We love animals, and when you’re with us you might get to meet one of our two exceedingly affectionate cats, Teddy and Brady. We have one dog friendly room and allow well behaved dogs that have been socialized with cats. We do charge a pet deposit and dog owners are responsible for excessive cleaning costs and repair or replacement of damaged items. Please note that dogs cannot be left unattended in the room.   • We are an adults only property, so we don’t allow anyone under the age of 18. Special considerations can be made for teens traveling with an adult.

  • Check-in begins at 3pm. We request that you plan to arrive prior to 8pm and to let us know if you’re running late. Check-out is at 11am.

    If you arrive early or have a later departure, we can store your bags in our office so you can start your holiday right away or extend it until the very last minute.

  • No, we do not. However, we are always available by phone or text.

  • Absolutely. Chelsea grew up with food allergies (so we have some experience) and we will do our best to accommodate any dietary restrictions including, but not limited to, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. Our kitchen is a dedicated nut-free space.

  • Most of our rooms are pet-free and we do emphasize air quality through the use of air filtration systems. However, we are a pet-friendly facility and have pets ourselves, so if you have a severe enough allergy to warrant a concern you will likely be more comfortable staying elsewhere.

  • Yes, we have onsite parking, and one parking space is allotted for each room. In addition, we have one handicapped space. We cannot guarantee that there will be a space available for you until your check-in time, but we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • No, we do do not have an elevator. Access to the second floor is via the beautiful curved staircase. During our renovations we made sure to create a ground floor suite for those who may have mobility issues. This room has step-free access and is equipped with a spacious bath and roll-in shower.

  • Not yet! Hopefully this is something that we can add in the future.
